  • Allow you use a maintenance page to update customer's account info/order history If we can track what customers order (as described above), I'd also like the ability to implement a frequent buyer program.
  • Ability through maintenance pages to setup the particulars of the program. After ordering a certain number of books or dollar amount, might want to offer a % off next order or free book, etc. (You have ability to decide how I want this program to work)
  • Ability to include a "free shipping" coupon. When using that coupon code, the site would calculate their discount which is equal to the shipping charge.
  • Ability in the maintenance pages to be able to run a variety of specials. Right now I can do a % off for members only, or a % off for everyone. I'd like to be more flexible. Order 2 books, get 1/2 off ? that kind of thing. Or, (even better) order specific books and get another one free, etc. Good way to move slow-sellers.
